With Moovin fulfillment, your inventory is stored in our warehouse in Río Segundo, Alajuela. When an order comes into your eCommerce, we pick it, pack it and deliver it anywhere in Costa Rica. You focus on selling.
What is fulfillment?
It means outsourcing the logistics of your eCommerce: an operator receives and stores your goods, picks and packs every order, delivers it to the end customer and handles returns. At Moovin we do it with our own delivery network in Costa Rica.
How does it work?
- We receive your inventory at our warehouse in Río Segundo, Alajuela.
- We store it and you can see your stock in real time.
- Your eCommerce sends us every order automatically: Shopify, WooCommerce or API.
- We prepare the order and pack it with professional packaging that protects it all the way; with your brand, if you like.
- We deliver nationwide with Moovin Routes, or same day in the GAM with Moovin Express.
- We handle returns (reverse logistics).

For now we only store dry goods: we don't handle products that need refrigeration or temperature control.
How long does an order take to arrive?
With Moovin Routes, the first delivery attempt is made within D+3 in the GAM, D+5 in rural areas and D+8 in extended rural areas at most. If your customer needs the order today, Moovin Express picks up and delivers in less than 90 minutes within the GAM.
Do you sell from outside Costa Rica?
If your business isn't in Costa Rica, you can be selling here in a week. Your goods arrive at our warehouse and we take care of storage, preparation and delivery across the country.
How much does it cost?
The rate depends on your order volume, the space your inventory takes up and the delivery zones. Fulfillment clients also get preferential shipping rates. Tell us about your operation and we'll send you a proposal.
